Foundation (Prose)
Her
exterior radiates and like the pearly gates, the people always gravitate.
The
trusted look in your eyes over shadows her hindered demise.
She appears
to be certain, so free, but inside pain has fostered that would disagree.
She is
barely breathing, forgotten the life she used to take in, was a milestone she
seeks to win.
Who is
she competing with? There is no one, no riff, nothing that really keeps her
stiff.
She
struggles to keep her head above water, forgetting that she can fly.
Let her
go out on a whim, long limb, regroup, and learn again...
A bullet
grazed her chest, but instead of penetrating it fell down like an abandon nest.
Reminding
her that her outside is invincible, when will she realize this principle?
Everything
will fall into place, give it time, you're not running a race.
Plant
your feet on the ground and remember what was lost can still be found.
Allow
your own limbs to grow; you need not forget you have more to show.
Your home
is an internal state of mind, find it!
Settle
this, don't forsake time; remember this is an eternal peace not blind.
